SINCE 1975 · SERVING SUMMIT COUNTY'S PURE RESORT TOWN

Copper Mountain has no downtown, so we don't pretend it does.

Region · Summit County
State · Colorado
Since · 1975
Copper Mountain was built, full stop. There's no gold-rush core, no Victorian storefronts, nothing here that predates the ski resort itself.

Three connected base villages (East, Center, West) organize almost all the real estate as condo and townhome product managed for short-term rental. Lewis Ranch is the one real exception: a gated, single-family, true ski-in/ski-out enclave that stands apart from everything else in town, running $3M to $8M-plus.

That makes Copper the most purely resort-driven town in Summit County, with none of Breckenridge's mining history or Frisco's lakefront identity to lean on. Furniture demand here is mostly about rental durability at one end and Lewis Ranch-scale luxury at the other, with very little in between.

Why Copper's condo stock doesn't fit off a shelf.

Most Copper Mountain units are managed for short-term rental, which means furniture has to survive far more turnover and traffic than a typical second home. A stock sofa built for occasional use wears out fast under that kind of use. Lewis Ranch runs the opposite problem: single-family scale and ski-in/ski-out proportions that most retail lines simply don't stock for. We build differently depending on which Copper a client is furnishing, which sounds obvious until you've seen how often that gets missed.

Copper leans on Frisco's showroom for most of its furniture needs rather than having its own retail core. Here's who we point clients toward.

The Union Peak Festival has pulled in acts like Third Eye Blind and The Roots on past bills, which is a strange and pretty great thing to have happening at 9,700 feet. If a Lewis Ranch place needs furniture that can handle real use, not just a rental turnover schedule, let's talk. (818) 264-6340.
